Stationary Concrete Batch Plant (Wet type) is used for mass volume production of cement and used for commercial purposes. This plant is used for long term project for roads and buildings.

Stationary Crushing Plant is mostly used for rock crushing purposes and refinement into smaller materials. For aggregates, it has the capacity to break boulders into these sizes: G1, 3/4 or 3/8 and Sand.

Portable Concrete Batch Plant (Dry type) is a mobile plant used for road projects and real estate development with a minimum concrete volume requirements in remote locations.

Typical set-up of the plant:

Aggregate Batcher, Calibrated Water Batcher, Cement Screw Conveyor and Control Panel.

Jaw Crusher is mainly used for crushing of all kinds of ores and large materials in mine, metallurgy, building materials, highway, railway, water conservancy and chemistry. We have different crusher sizes for different product sizes. This product is mostly coupled with our Stationary Crushing Plant.

Twin Shaft Mixers is mainly used for industrial mixing process. A Concrete Batch Plant with this equipment will enable to thoroughly mix the aggregates, cement, water and admixture giving the quality product requirements for roads, buildings and etc.

Screw Conveyors is typically used in Concrete Silo, Fly Ash Silo and Feeds. We can design any length and diameter based on your requirements. It is very easy to install and maintain.

Sand Washer known as stone washing machine. It is used to the removal of impurities (such as dust) with the use of water. This is widely used together with Stationary Crushing Plant.

Storage Silo is widely used to store and discharge cement, fly ash, feeds and fined materials. The volume capacity can ranged from 1,500 – 5,000 bags capacity. This can be coupled with our Stationary Batch Plant or Portable Batch Plant.

Truck Scale / Weighing Bridge has a large set of scales usually mounted on the concrete foundation, that is used to weigh vehicles with products such as construction materials, agricultural materials, asphalt mixture and etc. We can design required capacity for your truck loads.

Vibrating Screen is used to separate materials into various sizes for further processing. The materials is separated by passing through a vibrating screen box which has a number of different sized screens, or meshes, through which the material falls through like a sieve, and to the attached conveyors to become end products.

We can do civil works by designing, constructing and fabrication of structural steels for covered court, trusses, houses and etc.
